Everyone has the awkward stage growing up, right? Mine lasted…. a LOOOONG time. I was flipping through some photos and came across one that made me laugh (well, I laughed pretty hard at a lot of them actually). My sisters will TOTALLY hate that I posted this up here (just don’t pass this along to them):

I’m the hottie on the left. haha!
And, after 4 years of keeping my hair as long as I could possibly have it, I CHOPPED IT OFF. Thanks to Katie- because she was the one who told me to chop it in the first place. And if you are in need of a hair appointment with a fabulous hairstylist, go to Salon Keiji. I absolutely love everyone there, and Kasey was the awesome chic who took the scissor my hair. Don’t mind the low webcam quality!

The contest I was running as been extended til the end of March, due to some techinical difficulties, so make sure you send those entries!
And lastly, I have decided to stop sitting on a few of the photo projects I wanted to start so many years ago. I have a photography project that begins April 2010 and continues until December 2010. I’m currently taking in applications for people wanting to step comfortably (or uncomfortably) in front of my camera for a closeup. What am I looking for? Models, call of duty gamers, vision mongers, teachers, music makers, bus drivers, firefighters, bank tellers, astronomers, social activists, dreamers, husbands, wives, twins, bakers, revolutionists, etc… Looking for a variety of ages… Know someone who’d be interested? Share this with them! So if you are in the Salt Lake City or Louisville area and would like to take part, leave your info (your information will not be shared) by clicking here. All chosen applicants will receive an email by March 30, 2010.
P.S. If there are any spelling or grammar errors in this post, I blame my twitter friend, findMiMi, because I was in such a rush to please her eagerness! (Kidding!)
